Terms and Condition and Conditions for H I T T C 

Affiliate Agreement: By participating in the affiliate program of H I T T C (Hereinafter referred to as "The New Era School" or "the Website"), affiliates agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Promotional Activities: Affiliates will promote H I T T C's courses using approved marketing materials provided by H I T T C. Promotion must be done ethically and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Commission Structure: Affiliates will earn commissions based on sales generated through their unique affiliate links. The commission structure and rates will be outlined in the affiliate agreement.

Payment: Commissions will be paid out according to the payment schedule specified in the affiliate agreement. Payments will be made via the chosen payment method (e.g. Mobile Money, bank transfer).
Tracking and Reporting: H I T T C will provide affiliates with access to tracking tools and reports to monitor clicks, conversions, and commissions generated by their promotional efforts.

Prohibited Activities: Affiliates must not engage in spamming, deceptive advertising, or unethical marketing practices. Affiliates found violating these rules will be removed from the program and forfeit any unpaid commissions.
Intellectual Property: Affiliates may use approved marketing materials provided by H I T T C for promotional purposes. Unauthorized use of H I T T C's intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

Relationship of Parties: Affiliates are independent contractors and not employees, partners, or representatives of H I T T C. Affiliates have no authority to bind H I T T C or make any commitments on behalf of H I T T C.

Data Privacy: Affiliates agree to handle any customer data collected during promotional activities in accordance with applicable privacy laws and H I T T C's Privacy Policy.

Termination: H I T T C reserves the right to terminate the affiliate agreement with any affiliate at its discretion, with or without cause. Termination may result in the forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

Modification of Terms: H I T T C may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

 Indemnification: Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold H I T T C harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their promotional activities or conduct as affiliates.

By joining the affiliate program of H I T T C, affiliates acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
